嗜酸性粒细胞胃肠炎混合型1例并文献复习
One Case of Mixed Eosinophilic Gastroenteritis and Literature Review
摘要: 嗜酸性粒细胞胃肠炎(eosinophilic gastroenteritis EGE)是一种罕见的消化系统疾病,目前病因尚不十分清楚,主要临床表现有腹痛,其次为腹泻、恶心、呕吐和腹水等,但因临床表现缺乏特异性,临床上的漏诊率高,目前内镜下病理检查仍是主要的诊断方式,多点进行取材送检可降低漏诊率,类固醇和消除饮食法是各种治疗的基石。本文报道1例嗜酸性粒细胞性胃肠炎病例,并结合国内外相关文献进行分析。
Abstract: Eosinophilic gastroenteritis (EGE) is a rare digestive system disease, the etiology is not very clear, the main clinical manifestations are abdominal pain, followed by diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and as-cites. But due to the lack of specific clinical manifestations , the missed diagnosis rate is high in clin-ical practice. Currently, endoscopic pathological examination is still the main diagnostic method. Multi-point sampling and inspection can reduce the missed diagnosis rate. Steroids and elimination diets are the cornerstones of various treatments. This article reports a case of eosinophilic gastro-enteritis, and analyzes it in combination with relevant domestic and foreign literature.
