大中小学劳动教育一体化衔接中存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures in the Integration of Labor Education in Universities, Middle Schools and Primary Schools

摘要: 大中小学劳动教育一体化是指实现大中小各个学段之间的有效过渡，减少不同学段之间的衔接缝隙和重叠，实现劳动教育内容、协调保障机制等要素的一体化衔接。当前大中小学劳动教育一体化衔接在实践中存在着一体化劳动教育课程体系不健全、一体化的师资队伍建设缺位、一体化管理机制建设缓慢等问题。因此，本文旨在加强大中小学各学段劳动教育体系的衔接，推进一体化建设，拟从构建劳动教育一体化课程体系、建设劳动教育一体化师资队伍、加强劳动教育管理机制等方面提出参考性建议和对策。

Abstract: The integration of labor education in universities, middle schools and primary schools refers to the effective transition between the various school segments of universities, middle schools and primary schools, the reduction of the gap and overlap between different segments, and the integration of labor education content, coordination and security mechanism and other elements. At present, the integration of labor education in universities, middle schools and primary schools has some problems in practice, such as the imperfect curriculum system of integrated labor education, the absence of integrated teachers, and the slow construction of integrated management mechanism. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to strengthen the connection of the labor education system in all school sections of universities, middle schools and primary schools and promote the integration construction. It is intended to put forward referential suggestions and countermeasures from the aspects of building the labor education integration curriculum system, building the labor education integration teachers, and strengthening the labor education management mechanism.
