慢性疲劳综合征的研究及治疗进展

摘要: 中医对慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)虽无明确的病名记载，但历代文献中均有对以疲劳为主要症状的疾病记载；中医药的疗效与安全性对现代临床实践，尤其在改善全身症状方面有极大的指导与借鉴意义。本文收集近5年相关文献，总结CFS发病机理和常用治法的中西医研究进展，为临床诊治提供依据。
Abstract: Although there is no clear name record of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) in traditional Chinese medicine, there are records of diseases with fatigue as the main symptom in the literature of all generations. The efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine have great guidance and reference significance for modern clinical practice, especially in improving systemic symptoms. This article collects relevant literature in the past 5 years, summarizes the pathogenesis of CFS and the research progress of common treatment in traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and provides a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
