Realistic Survey of the Work Burden of Young Primary School Teachers under the “Double Reduction” Policy and the Strategies for Reducing the Burden

摘要: “双减”政策自实施以来，在各方的大力支持下，已取得一定成果，学生的学业负担也得到有效减轻。而这必然离不开作为主阵地的学校和一线教师们的辛苦付出。但大家在关注教师教学成果的过程中，往往忽视了“双减”政策带给教师的各种工作负担。尤其是处于基础教育阶段的广大青年教师，作为“双减”政策落实的主力军，工作负担日渐加重。对此，为教师减负势在必行。教育行政部门应完善配套设施，整合教育资源；学校应优化内部管理，坚持以人为本；家长应树立正确教育观，推进家校共育；教师自身应保持良好心态，重视专业发展。

Abstract: Since the implementation of the “double reduction” policy, with the strong support of all parties, certain achievements have been made, and the academic burden of students has also been effectively reduced. This is bound to be inseparable from the hard work of schools and front-line teachers. However, in the process of paying attention to teachers’ teaching achievements, people often neglect the various work burdens brought by the “double reduction” policy. In particular, young teachers in the basic education stage, as the main force in the implementation of the “double reduction” policy, are increasingly burdened with work. Therefore, it is imperative to lighten the burden of teachers. Educational administrative departments should improve supporting facilities and integrate educational resources; schools should optimize internal management and adhere to people-oriented; parents should establish a correct view of education and promote family school education; teachers should maintain a good attitude and attach importance to professional development.
