民办高校基于OBE理念的护理研究教考分离探索
Exploration on Separation of Nursing Research, Teaching and Examination Based on OBE Concept in Private Universities
摘要: 考试是检验教学成果的直接手段,以往考试是每门课的教师授课和出题,再进行阅卷批改评分。但面对中国特色新时代的教育背景和以“四新”为特点的新经济对高校人才培养提出更高要求的情况下,传统的教考模式已经不能检验学生的学习成效。因此,高校教学改革发展的重要方向应向OBE成果导向教学模式转化。高校建立科学有效的教考分离试题库,将更好的从真正意义上提升民办高校教学质量和人才培养的目的。对此,以民办高校的护理研究课程为例,介绍护理研究课程在传统教学模式下存在的问题,阐述护理研究课程实行教考分离的必要性,探索基于OBE理念下的护理研究课程教考分离改革的措施,更好的培养学生自主学习能力和动手能力,提高人才培养质量。
Abstract: Examination is a direct means to test the teaching results. In the past, the examination was conducted by the teacher of each course, and then the paper was marked, corrected and scored. However, in the face of higher requirements for talent training in colleges and universities under the educational background of the new era with Chinese characteristics and the new economy characterized by the “four new”, the traditional teaching and examination model can no longer test the learning effectiveness of students. Therefore, the important direction of college teaching reform and development should be transformed into OBE results oriented teaching mode. The establishment of a scientific and effective test question bank separating teaching and examination in colleges and universities will better improve the teaching quality and the purpose of talent training in private colleges and universities in a real sense. In this regard, taking the nursing research course in private colleges and universities as an example, this paper introduces the problems existing in the traditional teaching mode of nursing research course, expounds the necessity of separating teaching from examination in nursing research course, explores the reform measures of separating teaching from examination in nursing research course based on OBE concept, so as to better cultivate students’ independent learning ability and practical ability, and improve the quality of talent training.
