《学生评教影响因素量表》的编制及信效度检定

摘要: 目的:编制《学生评教影响因素量表》,并验证其信效度。方法:根据前期文献提示编制了由27个项目构成的《学生评教影响因素量表》,并在1295名大学生中完成了问卷调查。回收的数据被SPSS随机分为两组:一组被用来做探索性因子分析,一组被用来做验证性因子分析。结果:1) 探索性因子分析显示:从27个项目的量表中提取六个因子较为适宜。验证性因子分析显示:基于探索性因子分析结果构建的6因子模型拟合度较好。2) 量表总体的内部一致性信度为0.89,各因子的Cronbach’s α系数为0.67~0.80。结论:《学生评教影响因素量表》的信效度较好,具有较好的心理测量学特征,可以用于教学管理和科研分析工作中。
Abstract: Aim: To develop the scale of influencing factors of students’ evaluation of teaching and verify its reliability and validity. Method: According to the previous literature, we developed a 27 item student evaluation of teaching influencing factors scale, and completed a questionnaire survey among 1295 college students. The collected data were randomly divided into two groups by SPSS: one group was used for exploratory factor analysis and the other group was used for confirmatory factor analysis. Results: 1) Exploratory factor analysis showed that it was more appropriate to extract six factors from the scale of 27 items. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the 6-factor model based on the results of exploratory factor analysis had a good fit. 2) The overall internal consistency reliability of the scale was 0.89, and the Cronbach’s α reliability of each factor was 0.67~0.80. Conclusion: The scale has good reliability and validity, good psychometric characteristics, and can be used in teaching management and scientific research analysis.
