儿童青少年游泳初学者心理障碍的消除策略分析
Analysis of Psychological Obstacles Elimination Strategies for Children and Ad-olescent Swimming Beginners
摘要: 近年来,随着“健康中国”战略的深入推进和实施,人们对健康的需求不断增加,并积极参与体育运动锻炼。游泳既作为一项求生的体育运动技能,又作为能在充分运动的基础上起到保护关节不受损伤的作用的运动,深受各个年龄段的人群的喜爱。本文主要围绕儿童游泳初学者心理障碍进行分析与探讨,探究儿童在初学游泳时所产生心理障碍的原因及其表现,儿童青少年在掌握游泳技能时心理障碍的预防,并阐明采取何种有效对策消除儿童游泳的心理障碍。
Abstract:
In recent years, with the in-depth implementation of the “Health China” strategy, people have in-creased health demand, and actively participate in sports exercise. Swimming is both a survival sports skill, and as a movement that can protect the joints that are not damaged in full movements, they are deeply loved by people of each age. This paper analyzes and discusses the psychological barriers of children’s swimmers. Inquiry the cause and manifestation of psychological obstacles in children in beginners, prevention of psychological disorders in children and adolescents when they master swimming skills and clarify what effective countermeasures to eliminate psychological bar-riers of children swimming.
