结肠癌肝转移治疗的研究进展

摘要: 结肠癌是我国目前最常见的肿瘤之一,极易发生转移,而肝脏又是最容易发生受累的器官。据统计,在结肠癌治疗的过程中,约50%的结肠癌患者可能发生肝转移,严重影响患者的预后。本综述旨在总结近年来结肠癌肝转移治疗的方式,为临床进一步治疗结肠癌肝转移提供一种思路和选择。
Abstract: Colon cancer is one of the most common tumors in China, which is prone to metastasis, and the liver is the most vulnerable organ. According to statistics, in the process of colon cancer treatment, about 50% of colon cancer patients may have liver metastasis, which seriously affects the prognosis of pa-tients. The purpose of this review is to summarize some treatment methods for liver metastasis of colon cancer in recent years, and to provide an idea and choice for further clinical treatment of liver metastasis of colon cancer.
