浅析汉宋“学”观念的变迁——基于《论语》首章注释
Analysis on the Change of the Concept of “Learning” in Han and Song Dynasties —Based on the Notes in the First Chapter of The Analects of Confucius
摘要: 《论语》首章是《论语》论“学”最重要的章节之一,历代儒者对其所作注释直接反映了时人对“学”的实然或应然的理解,对“学”的不同认识也关联着不同的对《论语》的理解和应用方式。通过对《论语》注本中“学而时习之”一章里“学”字释义对比研究,可以发现从汉至宋学字的训释存在着较大差异,这种对学字的理解即学观念反映出了两个时代其思想上的不同特点。
Abstract: The first chapter of The Analects of Confucius is one of the most important chapters on “learning” in The Analects of Confucius. The annotations made by the Confucians in previous dynasties directly reflect the people’s actual or supposed understanding of “learning”. Different understandings of “learning” are also related to different understanding and application methods of The Analects of Confucius. Through a comparative study of the interpretation of the word “learning” in the chapter of “learning while learning” in the annotation of The Analects of Confucius, we can find that there are great differences in the interpretation of the word “learning” from the Han Dynasty to the Song Dynasty. This concept of “learning is learning” reflects the different ideological characteristics of the two times.
