浅析大学生“慢就业”现象——以大连海事大学外国语学院为例

An Analysis of the Phenomenon of “Slow Employment” of College Students—Taking the School of Foreign Languages of Dalian Maritime University as an Example

摘要: 在毕业人数剧增、大学生择业观改变以及劳动力供求失衡等多方因素的影响下，大学生慢就业现象愈加严重。本论文通过问卷及访谈等形式，以大连海事大学外国语学院为例，剖析高校学生“慢就业”的原因，并据此提出应对策略，以实现大学生高质量高水平就业。

Abstract: Under the influence of many factors, such as the sharp increase in the number of graduates, the change of college students’ outlook on career choice, and the imbalance of labor supply and demand, the phenomenon of slow employment of college students has become more and more serious. Through questionnaires and interviews, this thesis takes the School of Foreign Languages of Dalian Maritime University as an example to analyze the reasons for college students’ “slow employment” and put forward countermeasures to achieve high-quality and high-level employment of college students.
