女大学生性别偏见的回应行为与人格特点的关系研究
A Study on the Relationship between Gender Prejudice Response Behavior and Personality Characteristics of Female College Students
摘要: 此研究主要是为了探讨当代女大学生对于性别偏见的反应与其人格特点的关系。采用《生活定向测验问卷》和性别偏见事件作为研究工具,对60名女大学生展开调查,分析了女大学生的乐观指数、性别偏见的觉察及对性别偏见的反应的现状,探讨了女大学生乐观指数、性别偏见的觉察及对性别偏见的反应之间的关系。结果表明:1) 女大学生性别偏见的觉察存在显著的学科差异,理工类女大学生对于性别偏见的觉察比文史类学生更加敏感。2) 女大学生的乐观指数和对性别偏见的反应之间存在显著的负相关,乐观指数越高,对性别偏见的反应越不强烈。3) 女大学生性别偏见的觉察与乐观指数、性别偏见的反应这两个变量均不存在显著相关。
Abstract: This research is mainly to find out the relationship between female college students’ response to gender prejudice and their personality characteristics. This research chooses Life Orientation Test-Revised (LOT-R) and gender prejudice incidents as a research tool, to investigate 60 female college students, analysis of female college students optimistic index, gender prejudice detection and response to the prejudice of the status quo, and discusses the female college students optimistic index and the awareness of gender prejudice, the relationship between the response to the gender prejudice. The results show that: 1) there is a significant disciplinary difference on gender prejudice perception. Female college students of science and engineering are more sensitive to gender prejudice perception than students of literature and history. 2) There is a significant negative correlation between the optimistic index of female college students and their response to gender prejudice. The higher the optimistic index is, the less strong the response to gender prejudice is. 3) There is no significant correlation between the perceived gender prejudice and the optimistic index and the response to gender prejudice.
