劳动教育融入大学生心理健康教育课程的探索
Exploration of Integrating Labor Education into Mental Health Education in Colleges and Universities
摘要: 高校心理健康教育课程和劳动教育都是大学生思想政治教育的重要内容，但是在课程实施过程中都存在许多困境。充分挖掘劳动教育的心理育人价值和课程特点，将劳动教育融入心理健康教育课程，一方面可以拓展劳动教育实施途径，另一方面可以加强和改进心理健康教育课程教学内容和教学方式的创新发展，提升心理健康教育课程质量，有利于促进其综合课程教学目标的实现。
Abstract:
The course of mental health education and labor education in colleges and universities are both important contents of ideological and political education for college students, but there are many difficulties in the course implementation. We fully excavate the value of psychological education and curriculum characteristics of labor education, and integrate labor education into mental health education curriculum. On the one hand, it can expand the implementation of labor education; on the other hand, it can strengthen and improve the innovative development of the teaching content and teaching methods of mental health education curriculum, improve the quality of mental health education curriculum, and promote the realization of its comprehensive curriculum teaching objectives.
