跨文化视角下来华留学生管理问题及优化策略研究

Study on Management Problems and Optimization Strategies of International Students Education in China from the Perspective of Cross-Cultural

摘要: 做好来华留学生管理工作，是传播我国传统文化、构建与国际间各个国家友好交流的重要通道，符合我国教育改革发展、开放外交、经济建设的策略。目前我国在留学生教育管理工作中仍然存在一些问题，由于世界各个国家之间在文化方面存在的差异导致来华学生们的言行、举止、习惯等方面迥然不同。在跨文化视角下，在实践中发现问题并及时调整工作思路，优化高校留学生跨文化管理工作的新策略，对于高校留学生管理研究具有十分重要的现实意义。

Abstract: International students’ education in China management is an important channel for spreading Chinese traditional culture and building friendly exchanges with other countries in the world. To do this work well conforms to the strategy of our education reform development, opening up diplomacy and economic construction. At present, there are still some problems in the education management of international students in China. The cultural differences between countries in the world lead to the words, deeds, manners, habits and other aspects. From the perspective of cross- cultural, it has practical significance to find problems in practice, adjust working ideas in time, and optimize new strategies for cross-cultural management of college students.
