摘要: 上颌骨牙源性囊肿(Odontogenic cysts)即OCs是耳鼻咽喉科与口腔科共同诊治的疾病。近年来,随着内镜技术的发展,内镜辅助检查和手术在OCs的诊断及治疗中得到了广泛的应用和报道。本文就OCs的发病机制,临床特征,诊断及鉴别诊断、治疗、预后等方面的国内外研究进展做一概述。
Abstract: Odontogenic cysts (OCs) of the maxillary bone are common in the department of otolaryngology and stomatology. In recent years, with the development of endoscopy, endoscopy-assisted examination and surgery have been widely used and reported in the diagnosis and treatment of OCs. In this paper, the pathogenesis, clinical features, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of OCs are reviewed.
