项目引导式的机器人控制与电路课程融合教学模式探索
Exploring a Project-Guided Teaching Model for Integrating Robot Control and Circuitry Courses
摘要: 自动化专业课程的基本教学理论性、实用性强,同时课程的理论知识衔接性强。怎样将多种相对单一,且教学目的不同的课程在项目式教学探索和实际应用进行合理连接与深度融合,是适应当前自动化专业变革急需探索攻克的难题。本文研究了《电路》和《机器人控制》课程在教育实践中面临的实际问题基础上,提出基于项目引导式的课程融合教改思想,并同时选取新能源汽车制造机械手控制项目为例,探讨了项目执行过程中课程融合的具体案例。这不但符合了当前工程教育认证政策下本科生培养模式的要求,同时可以极大地提高学生的学习主动性和专业技能。
Abstract:
The basic teaching of automation professional courses is highly theoretical and practical, while the theoretical knowledge between courses is strongly connected. How to connect and deeply in-tegrate relatively single, and different courses with different teaching purposes in project-based teaching exploration and practical application in a reasonable way is a difficult problem that needs to be urgently explored and overcome to adapt to the current change of automation profession. Based on the practical problems faced by the courses “Electrical Circuit” and “Robot Control” in education practice, this paper proposes a project-based curriculum integration teaching and reform idea, and takes the new energy vehicle manufacturing robotic control project as an example to discuss the specific case of curriculum integration during the project implementation. This not only meets the requirements of undergraduate training mode under the current engineering education accreditation policy, but also can greatly improve students’ learning initiative and professional skills.
