高校舞蹈特长生发展研究——以南昌航空大学为例
Research on the Development of Students with Dance Expertise in Universities—Taking Nanchang Hangkong University as an Example
摘要: 舞蹈特长生的教育作为舞蹈教育进校园的一个强有力的方法,自开展以来取得了显著成效。但目前舞蹈特长生教育仍然存在舞蹈教育功利化、资源分配不均、教学不规范等缺陷。本研究以接受过舞蹈教育的普通高校大学生为调查对象,了解到舞蹈教育存在“高精尖”的刻板印象、高校基础设施少、对艺术团建设重视程度低和培训机构教学水平良莠不齐等问题。为解决现存难题,将普通学生划入舞蹈特长生的范畴内来打破教育资源分配不均的限制,凭借专业师资的指导以及专业舞蹈特长生的范例来摆脱现有困境,实现“产教学”共促高校舞蹈教育开展。
Abstract: As a powerful method to introduce dance education to campus, the education of special dance students has achieved remarkable results since it was launched. However, there are still defects in dance education such as utilitarianism, uneven distribution of resources, and irregular teaching. In this study, we have taken college students who have received dance education as the target group and learned that dance education has the stereotype of being “high-end and sophisticated”, little infrastructure in colleges and universities, low attention to the construction of art associations, and uneven teaching standards in training institutions. To solve the existing problems, it is necessary to include ordinary students in the category of dance special students to break the restriction of inequality in the distribution of educational resources, and to get rid of the existing difficulties with the guidance of professional teachers and the example of professional dance special students, so as to realize “highly effective teaching” to promote the development of college dance education.
