复杂肝泡型棘球蚴病的外科治疗进展
Progress in Surgical Treatment of Complex Hepatic Alveolar Echinococcosis
摘要: 肝泡型棘球蚴病是一种与多房棘球绦虫感染有关的人畜共患病。若病人不能接受规范的诊治，致残率和死亡率都很高，严重地危害我国牧区人民身体健康，并造成重大的经济损失。由于病灶在肝内缓慢生长的特性，一部分患者在就诊的时候病灶巨大、侵犯重要血管及胆管、合并有并发症等，这些称为复杂肝泡型棘球蚴病，处理起来比较棘手，并且预后欠佳。
Abstract: Hepatic alveolar echinococcosis is a zoonotic disease associated with multilocular Echinococcosis in-fection. If the patients cannot accept the standard diagnosis and treatment, the disability rate and mortality rate are very high, which seriously endangers the health of people in pastoral areas and causes great economic losses. Due to the characteristics of slow growth of the lesions in the liver, some patients have huge lesions, invasion of important blood vessels and bile ducts, and complica-tions at the time of treatment, which are called complex hepatic alveolar echinococcosis, which is difficult to deal with and has a poor prognosis.
