基于全国职业院校教学能力大赛的教学设计——以获奖项目《为阿尔茨海默病患者实施整体护理》为例
Teaching Design Based on National Vocational College Teaching Ability Competition—Taking Winning Projects of “Implementing Overall Nursing for Alzheimer’s Disease” as an Example
摘要: 为积极应对人口老龄化,提高高等职业院校教师教学能力,我院积极开展护理专业学生工学交替改革试点项目。在实际教学中,不断进行教学改革,创新教学方法,践行积极老龄观,服务老年人。本文笔者团队参加了全国职业院校教学能力大赛,选择课程《老年护理》,对多场地的教学模式进行课程重构并组织实施,总结经验,分析不足,深化产教融合、校企合作,深入推进育人方式,从而优化培养适用于老年护理的高素质护理技能型人才的方法。从教学的课程选取依据、教学分析、教学策略、教学过程和教学效果、反思与改进等方面加以论述。
Abstract:
In order to actively cope with the aging population and improve the teaching ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges, our college has actively carried out the pilot project of nursing students’ work-study alternation reform. In practical teaching, teaching reform is carried out constantly, teaching methods are innovated, active aging concept is practiced and elderly people are served. In this paper, the author’s team participated in the national vocational college teaching ability competition, selected the course “Geriatric Nursing”, carried out the curriculum reconstruction of the multi-site teaching mode and organized the implementation, summarized the experience, analyzed the shortcomings, deepened the integration of production and education, school-enterprise cooperation, and further promoted the way of education, so as to optimize the method of training high-quality nursing skilled talents suitable for geriatric nursing. This paper discusses the teaching course selection basis, teaching analysis, teaching strategy, teaching process and teaching effect, reflection and improvement, and so on.
