电网企业产业类物资主数据标准化治理提升优化研究

Research on Standardization and Optimization of Industrial Material Master Data Standardization Governance in Power Grid Enterprises

摘要: 物资标准化和主数据治理作为推动产业单位集中采购水平和物资全流程同质化管理的重要基础，是产业单位重点推动的工作。本文通过梳理产业单位主数据管理应用现状，分析存在问题，设计产业单位主数据治理思路，提出主数据治理重点举措，有利于推动产业单位物资主数据标准化治理，支撑电网高质量发展与产业升级，服务产业链供应链安全稳定、服务电网“一体四翼”发展布局。

Abstract: Material standardization and master data governance, as an important basis for promoting the centralized procurement level of industrial units and the homogenization management of the whole process of materials, are the key tasks promoted by industrial units. This paper sorts out the status quo of master data management application of industrial units, analyzes existing problems, designs master data governance ideas of industrial units, and proposes key measures for master data governance, which is conducive to promoting the standardized management of material master data of industrial units, supporting high-quality development of power grids and industrial upgrading. The service industry chain supply chain is safe and stable, and the development layout of the “one body and four wings” of the service grid.
