针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床研究进展

摘要: 膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)主要以膝关节疼痛、关节活动障碍、肿胀及僵硬为主要临床表现的一种慢性病。这些症状严重影响了KOA患者的日常生活，并带来了不便。阅览大量文献发现针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎具有独特的优势，针灸治疗方法具有多样性，并在国内外广泛运用于此类疾病，而且效果明显。此文章搜集了近3年针灸治疗KOA的优秀研究文献，从针法、灸法、针药灸结合、推拿拔罐等各种治疗方面总结并概括了针灸治疗KOA的研究进展，并为临床上治疗KOA提供治疗方法与思路。
Abstract: Knee osteoarthritis (KOA) is a chronic disease with knee pain, joint movement disorder, swelling and stiffness as the main clinical manifestations. These symptoms seriously affect the daily life of KOA patients and bring inconvenience. A large number of studies have found that acupuncture has unique advantages in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Acupuncture treatment methods are diverse and widely used in such diseases at home and abroad, and the effect is obvious. This article collected the excellent research literature of acupuncture in the treatment of KOA in the past three years, summarized the research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of KOA from various aspects such as acupuncture, moxibustion, acupuncture and moxibustion, massage and cupping, and provided treatment methods and ideas for clinical treatment of KOA.
