课程思政视角下的英语思辨教学改革与实践——以上海应用技术大学为例
Reform and Practice of Teaching Critical Thinking in English from the Perspective of Ideological and Political Education—Taking Shanghai Institute of Technology as an Example
摘要: 近年来,高校外语界积极探索课程思政,努力实现外语教育与价值引领的有机融合。本文聚焦课程思政视角下的本校英语思辨教学改革与实践,从教学内容优化、教学方法创新、教学效果评估等方面总结本校英语思辨课程深入挖掘课程思政元素的有效做法,提炼出一套具有可复制性的经验供高校外语教育同仁参考。实践证明,在英语思辨课程中融入大量中国文化元素,能够有效避免中国文化失语症;不断创新的教学方法能够激发师生双方的学习热情,构建师生学习共同体;问卷调查、深度访谈、第二课堂等形式能够使教师深度了解课程思政的融入效果。
Abstract:
In recent years, foreign language teachers in colleges and universities have actively explored ideological and political education, and endeavored to achieve the integration of foreign language edu-cation and value guidance. This paper explores the reform and practice of teaching critical thinking in English from the perspective of ideological and political education. Focusing on the optimization of teaching content, innovation of teaching methods, and evaluation of teaching effects, this paper summarizes the effective practice of teaching critical thinking in English by digging deeply into the ideological and political elements of the curriculum, and extracts a set of experience for college English teachers. Practice has proved that integrating a large number of Chinese cultural elements into the curriculum can effectively cure Chinese cultural aphasia, that innovative teaching methods can stimulate the learning enthusiasm of both teachers and students, thus building a learning community of teachers and students, and that measures such as questionnaires, indepth interviews, and the second classroom enable teachers to deeply understand the effect of integrating ideological and political education into the curriculum.
