互联网时代会计档案的信息化管理研究——以眉山市住房公积金管理中心为例

Research on the Informatization Management of Accounting Archives in the Internet Era—Taking Meishan Housing Provident Fund Management Center as an Example

摘要: 从互联网时代的互利共享特征入手，以互联网时代的会计档案管理为主要研究内容，分析了传统会计档案管理的现状，指出其存在的工作量大、保管成本高、共享利用差等弊端，论述了互联网时代会计档案信息化管理面临的挑战和实现路径，并以眉山市住房公积金管理中心会计档案信息化管理为例，分析其会计档案管理现状，论述了其会计档案信息化管理的现实背景、采取的措施办法和已经取得的工作成效。最后，分析论述了会计档案信息化管理的发展趋势和展望。希望通过对会计档案管理信息化管理的分析研究，力图找到一条比纸质会计档案核算、保存、管理更加方便的途径，从而减少会计档案保管的工作量和工作成本，提高会计工作效率，更好的发挥会计档案的作用和功能。

Abstract: Starting from the characteristics of mutual benefit and sharing in the Internet era, taking the accounting archives management in the Internet era as the main research content, this paper analyzes on the present situation of the traditional accounting archives management, points out its disadvantages such as heavy workload, high storage cost, poor sharing and utilization, discusses the challenges and realization paths faced by the accounting archives informatization management in the Internet era, and takes the accounting archives informatization management of Meishan Housing Provident Fund Management Center as an example. This paper analyzes on the present situation of its accounting archives management, and discusses on the realistic background, the measures and methods adopted and the work achievements that have been achieved in its accounting archives information management. Finally, it analyzes and discusses the development trend and prospect of accounting archives information management. I hope that through the analysis and research on the information management of accounting archives management, I can try to find a more convenient way than paper accounting archives accounting, preservation and management, so as to reduce the workload and cost of accounting archives preservation, improve the efficiency of accounting work, and better play the role and function of accounting archives.
