复发性精神分裂症患者服药依从性的干预研究

Intervention Study on Drug Compliance of Patients with Recurrent Schizophrenia

摘要: 目的：提高复发性精神分裂症患者的服药依从性。方法：将80例复发性精神分裂症稳定期住院患者随机分为对照组和实验组各40例。对照组给予常规的常规健康教育的方式，实验组在采用常规健康教育的基础上，应用药物自我处置程式训练。结果：通过6周的干预随访一年后，实验组服药依从性量表评分、自知力与治疗态度问卷量表评分显著高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论：对复发性精神分裂症患者给予药物处置程式训练，可以提高患者药物自我管理能力水平和服药依从性，降低患者的再住院率。

Abstract: Objective: To improve the medication compliance of patients with recurrent schizophrenia. Meth-ods: 80 patients with recurrent schizophrenia in stable stage were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given routine health education, while the experimental group was trained with drug self disposal program on the basis of routine health education. Results: After 6 weeks of intervention and follow-up for one year, the scores of medication compliance scale, insight and treatment attitude scale in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The training of drug disposal program for patients with recurrent schizophrenia can improve their drug self-management ability and drug compliance, and reduce the readmission rate of patients.
