摘要: 2型糖尿病(Type 2 diabetes mellitus, T2DM)和甲状腺功能障碍是最常见的内分泌系统疾病。近年来有研究发现,二甲双胍在T2DM治疗中可影响患者的甲状腺功能,可能使其血清促甲状腺激素(thyrotropin, TSH)水平降低。但目前关于二甲双胍对血清TSH水平的影响结论尚不一致,其作用的机制也未完全清楚。因此,本文就国内外有关二甲双胍对血清TSH水平影响的研究做简要综述,为下一步的研究方向及临床治疗提供思路。
Abstract: Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and thyroid dysfunction are the most common endocrine system diseases. In recent years, it has been found that metformin can affect the thyroid function of pa-tients with T2DM and may decrease the serum thyrotropin (TSH) level. However, the conclusion on the effect of metformin on serum TSH level is still inconsistent and the mechanism of its effect is not completely clear. Therefore, this article makes a brief review of the research on the influence of metformin on serum TSH level at home and abroad, providing ideas for the next research direction and clinical treatment.
