浅谈护理人员仪表仪容规范在医疗工作中的重要性
The Importance of Nursing Staff Grooming in Medical Work
摘要: 随着医疗卫生事业的不断发展，医疗服务模式已经发生了巨大的转变，医务人员扮演着重要的角色，尤其是护理人员，作为与患者相处时间最长的人员，其仪容仪表直接关乎到患者对医疗服务的满意程度，本项研究从目前护理人员仪容仪表的不规范的因素、必要性、重要性以及整改举措，为医疗服务工作的进展提供指导，同时为缓解医患关系的发展提供有效的措施。
Abstract:
With the continuous development of medical and health care, the medical service model has un-dergone a great transformation, and medical personnel play an important role, especially nursing staff, as the personnel who spend the longest time with patients, their grooming is directly related to the degree of patient satisfaction with medical services, this study looks at the factors, necessity, importance and corrective measures of the current irregularity of nursing staff grooming. This study provides guidance for the progress of medical services, as well as effective measures to allevi-ate the development of the doctor-patient relationship.
