肛周深间隙脓肿诊断、手术治疗的研究进展

摘要: 肛周深间隙脓肿是指肛腺感染波及直肠肛门周围深部组织形成的脓肿。该疾病因体表常无明显波动性肿块而容易漏诊，通常采用超声、MRI等影像学方法帮助诊断。明确诊断后，手术治疗是治愈该疾病的主要方法。针对不同位置的脓肿有不同手术方法可供选择，同时抗生素治疗也是必不可少的治疗手段。治疗的主要目的是彻底引流脓腔，保护括约肌功能，提升患者生存质量。本文就肛周深间隙脓肿的诊断、手术治疗展开综述。
Abstract: Perianal deep space abscess Anal gland infection refers to the spread of deep tissue around the anus formed abscess. The disease is often no obvious volatility of the body surface mass and easily missed diagnosis, usually ultrasound, MRI and other imaging methods to help diagnose. Surgical treatment is the main cure for the disease after a definite diagnosis. There are different surgical op-tions for abscesses in different locations, and antibiotic therapy is essential. The main purpose of treatment is to completely drain the pus cavity, protect sphincter function, and improve the quality of life of patients. This article reviews the diagnosis and surgical treatment of perianal deep space abscess.
