Abstract: Spontaneous intracranial hypotension (SIH) is a disease caused by cerebrospinal fluid leakage in the spinal cord, and its typical clinical manifestation is postural headache. This article reviews the epidemiology, pathophysiology, clinical manifestations, auxiliary examination and treatment of spontaneous intracranial hypotension.
