心理咨询督导中被督导者的不表露及其影响因素
The Nondisclosure of Supervisee in Psychological Counseling Supervision and Its Influencing Factors

摘要: 心理咨询督导中被督导者不表露是指被督导者在督导过程中不公开自己的信息,这些会严重影响到督导过程和效果,最后危害来访福利。目前被督导者不表露主要分为故意不表露与无意不表露,临床相关不表露与督导相关不表露,被动、主动、分散注意力不表露。这些不表露行为主要受到关系因素、个体因素、督导设置影响。总结前人研究后发现心理咨询督导中不表露研究的一些不足,未来研究需要探究中国文化中的社会取向对被督导者不表露的影响,探究被督导者培训水平对其不表露影响的机制,优化问卷设计,增大研究样本,提高样本的代表性,探究被督导者不表露对督导关系、效果、满意度的作用机制。
Abstract: In the supervision of psychological counseling, the supervisee does not disclose his/her information, which will seriously affect the supervision process and effect, and ultimately endanger the welfare of clients. At present, the nondisclosure of supervisee is mainly divided into intentional nondisclosure and unintentional nondisclosure, clinical related nondisclosure and supervision related nondisclosure, passive nondisclosure, active nondisclosure and distracting nondisclosure. These nondisclosure behaviors are mainly affected by relationship factors, individual factors and supervision settings. After summing up previous studies, we found some deficiencies in the research of nondisclosure in psychological counseling supervision. Future research needs to explore the impact of social orientation in Chinese culture on the nondisclosure of the supervisee, explore the mechanism of the nondisclosure impact of the supervisee’s training level, optimize the questionnaire design, increase the research sample, improve the representativeness of the sample, and explore the mechanism of the nondisclosure of the supervisee on the supervision relationship, effect, and satisfaction.
