中医药院校知识产权管理及运用现状研究

摘要: 高校是知识产权创造的重要主体，而中医药院校立足于中医药领域，其知识产权管理及运用问题一直倍受关注。本文通过对现有中医药院校的知识产权管理和运用现状进行调研和分析，并总结当前管理中存在的问题，探索适合中医药院校自身特点的知识产权管理模式，并对未来的发展趋势进行展望，有望提升知识产权创新、保护与运用意识，推动医疗领域科技创新和学科建设，从而支撑教育、科技强国建设。
Abstract: Universities are important subjects of intellectual property creation, and Chinese medicine universities are based on the field of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), and their intellectual property management and application have been paid much attention to. This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of intellectual property management and application in existing TCM universities, summarizes the existing problems in the current management, explores the intellectual property management mode suitable for the characteristics of TCM universities, and looks forward to the future development trend, which is expected to enhance the awareness of intellectual property innovation, protection and application, promote scientific and technological innovation and discipline construction in the medical field, and thus support the construction of a powerful country in education and science and technology.
