摘要: 目的：调查参与器官捐献手术的手术室护士心理健康现状，并分析其影响因素，为制定护士心理健康干预方案提供参考依据。方法：采用方便抽样法，于2022年7月~8月抽取山东省6所三级甲等医院150名参与器官捐献手术的手术室护士作为研究对象，采用一般资料调查表、心理健康量表(K10)、死亡态度描绘量表(修订版) (DAP-R)、死亡焦虑量表(T-DAS)、心理弹性量表(简化版) (CD-RISC)进行横断面调查，通过多重线性回归分析确定影响护士心理健康的因素。结果：参与器官捐献手术的手术室护士心理健康总分为(20.52 ± 6.64)分，条目得分为(2.50 ± 0.66)分；死亡恐惧和心理弹性是影响护士心理健康的重要因素，共解释心理健康总变异度的41.6%。结论：参与器官捐献手术的手术室护士心理健康水平有待提高，护理管理者可通过开展死亡教育，加强心理弹性培训等方法提高护士的心理健康水平。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the mental health status of operating room nurses participating in organ donation surgery, and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide reference for formulating nurses’ mental health intervention program. Methods: From July to August 2022, convenience sam-pling was used to select 150 operating room nurses participating in organ donation surgery from 6 Class III Grade A hospitals in Shandong Province as the research objects. The general information questionnaire, Mental Health Scale (K10), Death Attitude Description Scale (revised version) (DAP-R), Death Anxiety Scale (T-DAS), Resilience Scale (simplified version) (CD-RISC) were used to conduct cross-sectional investigation. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine the factors affecting nurses’ mental health level. Results: The total score of mental health of operating room nurses participating in organ donation surgery was (20.52 ± 6.64), and the item score was (2.50 ± 0.66). Fear of death and resilience were important factors affecting nurses’ mental health, which explained 41.6% of the total variation of mental health. Conclusions: The mental health level of operating room nurses participating in organ donation surgery needs to be improved. Nursing managers can improve the mental health level of nurses by carrying out death education, strengthening psychological resilience training and other methods.
