Research Progress of SUMO Specific Protease 1 in Lung Cancer
Abstract: SUMO specific protease 1 (SENP1) has been found to be highly expressed in most tumors, and its abnormal expression can affect various pathways in cancer progression, thereby affecting the oc-currence and development of tumors. Lung cancer is currently the cancer with the highest inci-dence rate and mortality rate in China. Studies have found that SENP1 is related to the resistance to radiotherapy, metastasis, iron death and prognosis of lung cancer. It is crucial to continue to study the molecular mechanism related to SENP1 for the development of lung cancer treatment.
