基于CiteSpace的青少年心理健康研究可视化分析

摘要: 目的：全面、清晰地展现我国青少年心理健康领域的研究现状、研究热点及变化趋势。方法：通过CiteSpace软件对CNKI收录的青少年心理健康有关科学文献进行分析。结果：青少年心理健康领域的部分学者、机构间已经形成了学术研究矩阵，专业化程度较高；研究聚焦于青少年的精神卫生、抑郁情况等，研究变化的趋势分为内容及研究方法，内容上转而关注亚健康、健康教育等，研究方法上量化研究逐渐占据主要位置，学者们开始多角度探讨对青少年心理健康产生影响的因素。结论：随着互联网的普及，在持续关注青少年家庭环境、自身因素的同时，还应营造良好的社会环境、健康的网络文化氛围等，注重青少年的健康教育。

Abstract: Objective: To comprehensively and clearly present the current status, hotspot and trend of Chinese adolescent mental health field. Methods: CiteSpace software was used to analyze the scientific literature about adolescent mental health in CNKI. Results: Some scholars and institutions in the field of adolescent mental health have formed an academic research matrix with a high degree of specialization. The research focuses on adolescent mental health and depression, and the research trends are divided into content and research methods. In terms of content, the research focuses on sub-health and health education, etc. In terms of research methods, quantitative research gradually occupies the main position, and scholars begin to explore the factors affecting adolescent mental health from multiple perspectives. Conclusion: With the popularization of the Internet, while continuing to pay attention to the family environment and their own factors, we should also create a good social environment and healthy network culture atmosphere, and pay attention to the health education of teenagers.
