摘要: 以某卧式涡旋压缩机传动系统为研究对象,首先通过UG软件对传动系统结构进行三维建模,然后通过计算对传动系统进行动平衡设计,最后将平衡后的传动系统通过Ansys Workbench有限元分析软件进行模态分析。该传动系统的工作转速是0~6000 rpm,结果表明:该传动系统的工作转速小于0.75倍的临界转速,所以该传动系统的结构设计符合要求。
Abstract: The transmission system of a horizontal scroll compressor is taken as the research object. Firstly, the three-dimensional model of the transmission system structure is established through UG soft-ware, and then the dynamic balance design of the transmission system is carried out through cal-culation, finally, the balanced transmission system is subject to modal analysis through the Ansys Workbench finite element analysis software. The working speed of the transmission system is 0~6000 rpm, the results show that the working speed of the transmission system is less than 0.75 times the critical speed, so the structural design of the transmission system meets the require-ments.
