陕北某综合医院2017~2020年肿瘤患者行基因检测的病例分析

Case Analysis of Cancer Patients Undergoing Genetic Testing in a General Hospital in Northern Shaanxi from 2017 to 2020

摘要: 目的：了解陕北某综合医院2017~2020年肿瘤患者行基因检测的患者情况，从而为本地区患者精准规范化诊疗提供科学依据。方法：对延安大学附属医院2017年至2020年行基因检测的肺癌、结直肠癌、胃癌、乳腺癌患者数据进行收集整理汇总，并行相关统计分析。结果：延安大学附属医院行肺癌NGS检测基因突变的患者在逐年增加，行NGS 18基因检测的肺癌患者共223例，其中有111例患者检测到EGFR突变，EGFR整体突变率最高，为49.78%。自2017年至2021年行qRT-PCR法检测结直肠癌、胃癌、乳腺癌患者基因mRNA表达水平，各癌肿检测例数均逐年增加。结论：2017年至2020年行基因检测的肿瘤患者例数逐年增加，目前，根据个体的基因状态进行个体化治疗已成为晚期肿瘤的标准治疗模式，向本地区特定瘤种患者行基因检测相关教育的必要性的宣教，使肿瘤患者的诊治从中获益。

Abstract: Objective: To understand the patient situation of cancer patients in a general hospital in northern Shaanxi from 2017 to 2020, so as to provide scientific basis for the accurate and standardized diag-nosis and treatment of patients in the region. Methods: The data of lung cancer, colorectal cancer, gastric cancer and breast cancer patients who underwent genetic testing from 2017 to 2020 were collected, and related statistical analysis was conducted. Results: The number of patients with lung cancer NGS mutation in the Affiliated Hospital of Yan’an University increased year by year. A total of 223 lung cancer patients underwent NGS 18 gene testing, among which 111 patients had EGFR mu-tation, and EGFR mutation had the highest overall rate of 49.78%. From 2017 to 2021, the qRT-PCR method was used to detect the gene mRNA expression level of colorectal cancer, gastric cancer and breast cancer patients, and the number of detected cases of each cancer tumor increased year by year. Conclusion: From 2017, the number of 1 tumor patients undergoing genetic testing in 2020 increased year by year. At present, individualized treatment according to individual gene status has become the standard treatment mode of advanced tumors, and the necessity of genetic testing ed-ucation to patients with specific tumor types in the region, so as to benefit the diagnosis and treat-ment of tumor patients.
