基于GWR的酒店与风景名胜POI空间依存性研究——以青岛市为例

A GWR-Based Study on Spatial Dependence between Hotel and Scenic POI—A Case Study of Qingdao

摘要: 以青岛市7区3市为研究对象，采用核密度估计、空间自相关、OLS模型与GWR模型等方法，分析青岛市酒店与风景名胜POI的空间集聚特征，并进一步探究酒店与风景名胜POI空间依存性。结果表明：1) 酒店在空间上呈现大核心集聚、小核心分散的集聚模式，风景名胜POI在空间上呈现多核心集聚模式，酒店与风景名胜POI空间集聚区域重合度较高，表现出一定空间依存性；2) 青岛市酒店与风景名胜POI存在空间依存性且具有地区差异性，其中市南区与市北区酒店与风景名胜POI空间依存性最高；3) 不同类型风景名胜POI与酒店空间依存程度不同。公园小类POI、广场小类POI、寺庙教堂小类POI以及旧址纪念堂小类POI与酒店在空间依存关系上基本呈正相关，而旅游景点小类POI和风景名胜小类POI与酒店在空间关系上基本呈负相关。研究结果对未来酒店区位选址与城市旅游业合理布局有着重要意义。

Abstract: Taking 7 districts and 3 cities of Qingdao as the research object, this paper analyzes the spatial agglomeration characteristics of hotels and scenic POI in Qingdao by using kernel density estimation, Moran’s I, ordinary least squares and geographically weighted regression, and further explores the spatial dependence of hotels and scenic POI. The results show that: 1) the hotel presents the spatial agglomeration pattern of large core agglomeration and small core dispersion agglomeration pattern, while the scenic POI presents the spatial agglomeration pattern of multi-core agglomeration. The hotel and the scenic POI have a high coincidence degree, showing a strong spatial dependence initially. 2) There is spatial dependence between hotels and scenic POI in Qingdao, the spatial dependence also has regional differences, among which the spatial dependence between hotels and scenic POI in Shinan district and Shibei district is the highest; 3) Different types of scenic POI and hotels have different spatial dependence degrees. Among the six subcategories, park POI, square POI, temple and church POI, old site memorial hall POI are basically positively correlated with the hotel in terms of spatial dependence, while tourist attraction POI and scenic spot POI are basically negatively correlated with the hotel in terms of spatial dependence. The results of this study are of great significance to the location selection of hotels and the rational layout of urban tourism in the future.
