新冠肺炎疫情下医疗机构工作人员心理健康状况及其影响因素研究
Study on Mental Health Status and Its Influencing Factors of Medical Staff in COVID-19 Epidemic Situation
摘要: 目的:了解新冠肺炎疫情下医疗机构工作人员心理健康状况及其影响因素,为医疗机构工作人员心理健康维护提供理论参考。方法:采用自编信息问卷、症状自评量表(SCL-90)对1800名新冠肺炎疫情常态化防控下一线医疗机构工作人员进行线上问卷调查。结果:常态化防疫下医疗机构工作人员的心理健康总分低于全国常模(t = 5.299, P < 0.001),SCL-90阳性筛查率21.92%,文化程度初中及以下(OR = 5.611)是SCL-90筛查阳性的危险因素。结论:防疫一线医疗机构工作人员心理健康状况有待提高,需进行心理健康维护。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the mental health status and its influencing factors of medical staff in the epidemic situation of COVID-19 pneumonia, and to provide theoretical reference for the maintenance of mental health of medical staff. Methods: A total of 1800 first-line medical staff were investigated with self-designed information questionnaire and symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90). Results: The total score of mental health of medical staff was lower than the national norm (t = 5.299, P < 0.001), and the positive rate of SCL-90 was 21.92%, education level of junior middle school and below (OR = 5.611) was the risk factor of SCL-90 positive screening. Conclusion: The mental health status of the staff in the first-line medical institutions for epidemic prevention needs to be improved, and mental health maintenance should be carried out.
