生物–心理–社会医学模式下压力性尿失禁的非手术治疗

摘要: 压力性尿失禁是一种女性常见病、多发病，严重影响了中老年患者的生活质量，随着人口老龄化的进程及社会的发展进步，发病率增高的同时伴随着人们对疾病的认识及治疗需求的逐渐提高。非手术治疗是压力性尿失禁治疗的一线方案，在给予恢复尿道括约肌功能治疗同时，需注意患者的心理健康以及个人行为的改善以更好地适应社会。就压力性尿失禁这个社会学问题，本文将对生物–心理–社会医学模式下压力性尿失禁的认识及治疗进行综述。
Abstract: Stress urinary incontinence is a common and frequently occurring female’ disease, which seriously affects the quality of life of middle-aged and elderly patients. With the process of population aging and social development and progress, the increasing incidence is accompanied by the gradual im-provement of people’s understanding of the disease and the demand for treatment. Non-surgical treatment is the first line of treatment for stress incontinence, and attention should be paid to the improvement of patients’ mental health and personal behavior while giving treatment to restore urethral sphincter function. Regarding the sociological problem of stress urinary incontinence, this article will review the understanding and treatment of stress urinary incontinence under the bio-psycho-social medical model.
