重度子痫前期诱发HELLP综合征合并可逆性后部脑病及影像学特点

摘要: 案例报道了一例34岁的孕妇,在第39周急诊入院,表现为头痛、视力障碍,之后逐渐发展为HELLP综合征合并可逆性后部脑病。辅助检测结果则提示乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和转氨酶水平升高、血小板计数降低;影像学特征显示后部脑白质变性,MRV显示右横窦略纤细,双侧枕叶皮质下见多发条片状高信息,病灶液体衰减反转恢复序列(FLAIR)呈高信号,弥漫性加权图像(DWI)显条状的高信息影。
Abstract: The case reports a 34-year-old pregnant woman who was admitted to the emergency room at week 39 with headache and visual disturbances, followed by progressive development of HELLP syn-drome with PRES. The MRV showed that the right transverse sinus was slightly slender, and multi-ple strips of hyper information were seen in the subcortex of the bilateral occipital lobes. The focal fluid-attenuated inversion recovery sequence (FLAIR) showed a high signal, and diffusion-weighted images (DWI) showed strips of hyper information.
