摘要: 随着创业精神被视为中等教育的一项核心素养,作为学生引路人的教师的创业精神在世界各地研究中变得日益重要。为了使政策制定者和学者能够在师范生工作之前发展关于创业的知识和技能,中国需要有测量工具来测定中文师范生的创业精神和水平。对此,本研究通过便利抽样和因子分析,对某2所高等师范院校汉语言文学专业和国际汉语教育专业的421名师范生的创业精神进行了探索和验证,构建了包含风险承担、发现机会、情感智能、自信心、勇于创新等5个因素14个题目组成的信效度良好的量表。
Abstract: As entrepreneurship is recognised as core literacy in secondary education, the entrepreneurship of teachers as student guides is becoming increasingly important in research around the world. In order for policymakers and scholars to develop knowledge and skills about entrepreneurship before teacher educators’ work, measurement tools are needed in China to determine the entrepreneurship and level of Chinese language teacher candidates. In response, this study explored and validated the entrepreneurship of 421 students in Chinese Language and Literature and International Chinese Language Education majors at two higher teacher education institutions through convenience sampling and factor analysis to construct a scale with good reliability and validity consisting of 14 questions on five factors, including risk-taking, opportunity identification, emotional intelligence, self-confidence, and courage to innovate.
