青海地区妊娠中期并发下肢深静脉血栓一例

A Case of Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Limbs Complicated by Mid-Pregnancy in Qinghai

摘要: 本文就1例发生妊娠中期的下肢深静脉血栓的诊疗过程进行总结，在治疗过程中，妇产科医师协同血管外科结合相关文献及指南，提出了个体化的治疗建议，最终确定在抗凝同时继续妊娠，并对患者提供了用药教育及生活方式指导。出院后对患者进行随访，随访期间患者继续使用出院时的抗凝方案，未出现血栓复发。下面就发生在高原地区，妊娠中期患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的治疗方法及预防策略做一报道，以供妇产科医师在治疗过程中参考。

Abstract: This article summarizes the diagnosis and treatment of a case of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in the second trimester of pregnancy. During the treatment, obstetricians and gynecol-ogists, in collaboration with vascular surgery and related literature and guidelines, put forward in-dividualized treatment suggestions, finally determined to continue pregnancy while anticoagula-tion, and provided medication education and lifestyle guidance to patients. The patients were fol-lowed up after discharge. During the follow-up period, the patients continued to use the anticoagu-lant regimen at discharge, and no thrombosis recurred. The following is a report on the treatment and prevention strategies of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs in patients with mid-pregnancy in plateau area, for the reference of obstetricians and gynecologists in the treatment process.
