格力电器多元化战略的企业绩效研究——基于因子分析法
Research on the Enterprise Performance of Gree Electric Appliances’ Diversification Strategy—Based on Factor Analysis
摘要: 随着市场竞争的加剧，越来越多的企业选择多元化战略以发掘新的利润增长点，多元化战略对绩效的影响成为近年来企业关注的重点。本文以格力电器为例，结合因子分析法研究多元化进程中企业绩效的变化，并得出相应结论及启示，以期为企业实施多元化战略提供参考。
Abstract:
With the intensification of market competition, more and more enterprises choose diversification strategies to explore new profit growth points, and the impact of diversification strategies on performance has become the focus of attention of enterprises in recent years. Taking Gree Electric as an example, this paper studies the changes of enterprise performance in the process of diversification by factor analysis, and draws corresponding conclusions and enlightenments, in order to provide reference for enterprises to implement diversification strategies.
