摘要: 目的:探讨注射用泮托拉唑钠致老年人谵妄的临床表现、诊断方法及治疗方案。方法:对我院全科医学科病房收治的注射用泮托拉唑钠致老年人谵妄进行病例分析并复习相关文献。结果:在我们的报告中,我们提出了一个82岁的老年女性,既往无精神病史,在应用注射用泮托拉唑钠后,出现了包括视觉异常的谵妄。结论:谵妄在老年人患者中是一种严重的注意力和认知障碍,是老年人常见的、严重的而且往往是致命的疾病。质子泵抑制剂在老年人当中应用相当广泛,尽管注射用泮托拉唑钠引起谵妄的病例报道较少,临床科医生也应引起重视,警惕谵妄的发生,及时处理,确保患者的安全。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of pantoprazole so-dium. Methods: The cases of pantoprazole sodium induced in the department of general practice. Results: In our report, we present an 82-year-old woman with no previous history of psychosis, in-cluding visual abnormalities after the application of pantoprazole sodium. Conclusion: It is a serious attention and cognitive impairment in the elderly, which is a common, serious and often fatal dis-ease in the elderly. Proton pump inhibitors are widely used in the elderly. Although there are few case reports of delusion caused by pantoprazole sodium, clinicians should also pay attention to the occurrence of delusion, and give timely treatment to ensure the safety of patients.
