Pregnancy Complicated with Adult-Onset Still’s Disease with Inevitable Abortion: A Case Report and Literature Review

摘要: 成人斯蒂尔病(Adult-onset Still’s disease, AOSD)是一种病因不明的全身性自身炎症免疫性疾病，妊娠合并成人斯蒂尔病较为罕见，易误诊、漏诊，治疗方法尚未统一。难免流产(Inevitable Abortion)是妊娠最常见的并发症之一，近年来呈明显上升趋势。现报道1例妊娠合并成人斯蒂尔病伴难免流产的患者，经多学科联合诊治，难免流产后行二次清宫术，术后患者病情控制良好。
Abstract: Adult-onset Still’s disease (AOSD) is a systemic inflammatory disorder of unknown etiology. Preg-nancy complicated with Adult-onset Still’s disease is rare, easy to be misdiagnosed, missed diagno-sis, and treatment is not yet uniform. Inevitable Abortion is one of the most common complications of pregnancy, which has shown a significant increase in recent years. A case of pregnancy compli-cated with Adult-onset Still’s disease with inevitable abortion is reported. After multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment, the patient underwent secondary curettage after inevitable abortion. The patient’s condition was well controlled after the operation.
