日间手术护理风险管理的研究现状及对策

摘要: 日间手术是指患者在一个工作日(24 h)内完成入院、手术、出院，其作为一种新型的医疗模式在我国医疗机构中广为推广，但是由于日间手术的病人住院时间短，流程进行快，因而与常规手术相比存在更多风险因素。如何加强日间手术护理风险的管理是护理管理者需要思考的重要问题。为此，本文对国内外日间手术的发展现状进行综述，阐述日间手术护理管理中存在的风险因素及管理对策，旨在为我国日间手术护理风险管理指标体系构建的研究提供参考。
Abstract: The definition of ambula-tory surgery refers to an operation (excluding outpatient surgery) completed within one day (24 h), as a new therapeutic medical service mode, it has been widely promoted in medical institutions in China. However, due to the short hospitalization time of patients with day surgery, and the process is fast, therefore, compared with conventional surgery, there are more risk factors. How to strengthen the risk management of day surgery nursing is an important issue that nursing managers need to think about. To this end, this paper reviewed the status of day surgery at home and abroad, and expounds the risk factors and management countermeasures in the nursing management of day surgery, aiming to provide reference for the research on the construction of risk man-agement system of day surgery in China.
