根据“诸痛痒疮，皆属于心”浅析带状疱疹后遗神经痛选穴规律
According to “All Pain and Itching Sores Belong to the Heart”, an Analysis of the Law of Acupoint Selection for Postherpetic Neuralgia
摘要: 带状疱疹是带状疱疹病毒引起的急性感染性皮肤病。带状疱疹后遗神经痛(postherpetic neuralgia, PHN)是带状疱疹皮损完全消退后，皮损局部遗留迁延不愈的剧烈疼痛。针灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛效果甚佳，本文重在以《素问•至真要大论》病机十九条之一的“诸痛痒疮，皆属于心”来探讨针灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的选穴规律。
Abstract: Herpes zoster is an acute infectious skin disease caused by herpes zoster virus. Postherpetic neuralgia (PHN) is a severe and persistent pain left in the skin after the complete disappearance of herpes zoster lesions. Acupuncture and moxibustion have a very good effect on the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. This article focuses on discussing the law of acupoint selection for acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia with the principle of “all pain and itching sores belong to the heart”, which is one of the 19 pathogenesis of “Suwen Zhizhen Dalun”.
