“双减”政策下课后服务问题探析——以滁州市紫薇小学为例

摘要: 当前,随着“双减”政策的实施,教育服务体系面临巨变,家长对义务教育质量焦虑感增多。为进一步提高教育教学质量,本文将目光聚焦于小学课后服务,以滁州市紫薇小学作为研究对象,挖掘出学生学业压力仍重、家校学生辅导不连贯、教师的落差感加大等问题。同时我们还结合时代要求提出相应的对策建议,从而促进学生德智体美劳的全面协调发展,进一步增强学校和教师教育服务能力,助推义务教育高质量发展。
Abstract: At present, with the implementation of the “Double Reduction” policy, the education service system is facing great changes, and parents’ anxiety about the quality of compulsory education is increasing. In order to further improve the quality of education and teaching, this paper focuses on after-school services in primary schools, taking Ziwei Primary School of Chuzhou as the research object, digging out problems such as students’ heavy academic pressure, incoherent home-school student guidance and teachers’ increasing sense of gap. At the same time, we also put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the requirements of The Times, so as to promote the comprehensive and coordinated development of students’ morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics and labor, further strengthen the education service capacity of schools and teachers, and promote the high-quality development of compulsory education.
