试拟胸痹心痛病中医诊疗方案的针灸主方——以俞募配穴法为基础
The Main Prescription of Acupuncture and Moxibustion for TCM Diagnosis and Treatment of Chest Pain Disease —Based on YuMu Matching Method
摘要: 目前各中医医疗机构纷纷开展胸痹心痛病中医诊疗方案，但对于本病的针灸治疗方面缺乏详细而行之有效的指导，本文以俞募配穴法为基础，结合古代文献及近代研究，试拟针灸治疗胸痹心痛病之穴位主方：内关、膻中、厥阴腧、心腧、巨阙、关元、劳宫，以期为该诊疗方案的针灸治疗提供参考。
Abstract:
At present, the TCM medical institutions have carried out the TCM diagnosis and treatment plan of Chest Pain Disease, but there is a lack of detailed and effective guidance for the acupuncture treatment of this disease. This paper is based on the YuMu Matching Method, combined with an-cient literature and modern research, trying to propose the main acupoint prescription of acu-puncture for the treatment of Chest Pain Disease: Neiguan, Shanzhong, Jueyinshu, Xinshu, Juque, Guanyuan and Laogong, in order to provide reference for the acupuncture treatment of the diag-nosis and treatment plan.
