从气乖与气郁论治手足心热

Treatment of Palms and Soles Fever Based on Yin and Yang Disorders of Qi and Qi Depression

摘要: 手足心热是临床患者的常见症状，中医在其治疗中有着良好的疗效，因此其辨证治疗对临床诊断有着指导意义。但其病机多样，尤以阴虚致手足心热的观点最为深入人心。深入剖析手足心热的发病机理，可以发现该病的病机关键在于气的功能及状态失调，大致可分为气乖与气郁，治疗可以平调阴阳和解郁除热为治疗大法，使发热自平，临证时更不应局限思维，只将其与阴虚联系在一起。

Abstract: Palms and soles fever is a common symptom of clinical patients, traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect in its treatment. Therefore, its syndrome differentiation treatment has guiding significance for clinical diagnosis. The pathogenesis of palms and soles fever is diverse, and the view of palms and soles fever caused by yin deficiency is still deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. By analyzing its pathogenesis, we can find that the crux to the pathogenesis of the disease is the imbalance of qi function and state, we can classify them as Yin and Yang disorders of Qi, and Qi depression. Patient with a status of Yin and Yang disorders of Qi should be treated with the method of regulating Yin and Yang. Besides that, patient with Qi depression, should be treated by relieving depression and removing heat. We should not limit thinking in clinical practice, just connect yin deficiency with the palms and soles fever.
