乡村中学教育发展影响因素研究

摘要: 乡村振兴呼唤高质量的乡村教育,提高乡村教育水平,需要全社会共同关注乡村教育发展。然而,由于城乡经济发展的巨大差距,乡村与城市教育仍然有很大的差距。造成这种现状的原因很多,它们之间内生性因素较多且较为复杂,又往往相互嵌套。基于此,文章以访谈法和调查法为基础,对乡村中学教育现状及影响因素进行了分析,并从社会、学校、教师三个层面提出了建议。
Abstract: Rural revitalization calls for high-quality rural education. To improve the level of rural education, the whole society needs to pay attention to the development of rural education. However, due to the huge gap between urban and rural economic development, there is still a big gap between rural and urban education. There are many reasons for this situation, among which endogenous factors are more and complex, and they are often nested. Based on this, this paper analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of rural middle school education on the basis of interviews and surveys, and puts forward suggestions from the three levels of society, schools and teachers.
