我国医学教育教学模式探究

摘要: 医疗卫生事业的发展对医学人才培养提出了更高的要求，传统的以教师为中心的医学教育教学模式已无法满足新时代医学人才培养的需求。目前医学教育教学中主要有LBL、CBL、PBL和TBL等模式，每种教学模式都有各自的优缺点。我国高等院校医学教育应充分重视教学模式的改革，结合学科专业特点探索多种教学模式相结合，注重与现代信息技术相融合，建立、完善一套适应新时代医学人才培养的教学模式，从而提高医学教育教学质量。
Abstract: The development of medical and health undertakings has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of medical talents. The traditional teacher-centered teaching mode in medical education has been unable to meet the needs of the cultivation of medical talents in the new era. At present, there are mainly LBL, CBL, PBL, and TBL teaching modes in medical education. Each has its own advantages and disadvantages. Medical colleges and universities in China should attach enough importance on the reform of teaching mode, explore the combination of multiple teaching modes and make full use of modern information technology to establish and develop a set of teaching model suitable for the cultivation of medical talents in the new era, so as to improve the teaching quality of medical education.
